CBA helps develop proposed construction of New Hampden County Courthouse

Caolo & Bieniek Architects worked with local developer Peter Picknelly of Opal Development Company, to present a proposal to build a new Hampden County courthouse along Springfield’s riverfront.  The proposed $475 million dollar project would occupy 14.5 acres along the north side of Memorial Bridge.

The CBA team is fortunate to play a role in designing a solution that best meets the needs of the county and city while also achieving the goals of the community.
