ASHIK MUBARAK
DESIGNER
Ashik is a Designer with experience in educational, public, and residential architecture. His interest in the field began on his father’s construction sites, where he witnessed the transformation of open land into built environments—an experience that sparked his passion for design and its impact on human well-being.
Ashik holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Anna University in India and a Master of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a registered architect in India and has worked in the field for over three years, including two years in India and one and a half years in the U.S.
A key milestone in Ashik’s career was his internship with Caolo & Bieniek Architects while completing his master’s degree, which helped him quickly adapt to U.S. project standards and workflows. He is especially proud of his contributions to the feasibility study for Lenox Memorial Middle and High School, where he was involved in early design phases.
Originally from Chennai, India, Ashik is detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and adaptable. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the New England states, hiking, discovering new food spots, watching films, and learning to play golf. He values CBA’s supportive culture and the range of project experiences it offers to emerging professionals.
