Caolo & Bieniek Associates, Inc. is a full service architectural design firm,  providing clients throughout New England with a complete range of architectural services encompassing Facilities Assessment, Feasibility Studies, Master Planning, Interior Design, Historic Preservation, 3-D Renderings, Sustainable Design (LEED and MA-CHPS), New & Renovation Construction Documents and Administration.  

Earlier this year at their annual Awards Gala, the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) presented Caolo & Bieniek Associates, Inc. with the 2019 Accessible Design Award for their work at Westfield State University’s Davis Hall. The award honors design excellence in buildings that are accessible for persons of all abilities, with an emphasis on projects that exceed the legal accessibility requirements in anticipation of diverse user needs and benefits.

Having designed facilities at every level of the educational spectrum — Pre-K through university — we are uniquely positioned to deliver the planning and implementation of schools of all sizes. We work with communities to help provide equitable education in innovative and safe environments.

Historical

Rehabilitating and modernizing classic buildings to match the needs of 21st-century usage is a challenging assignment. Our work is indicative of our ability to integrate historical integrity and new technologies with innovative and timely solutions.

Public Safety

Our long experience with municipal facilities — fire stations, police stations, public safety complexes — in urban, suburban and rural communities, has provided our team with the ability to identify issues and deliver creative, practical design for law enforcement officials and first-responders. 

Feasibility Studies

CBA Architects conducts cost-effective studies and assessments for future construction, expansions and/or renovations, based on comprehensive architectural and structural analysis of the buildings in question.

LIBRARIES

As the services provided by public libraries continue to shift and expand, our team has evolved, renovating historic buildings and designing new libraries that implement current technologies and help create innovative facilities for modern, multi-functional and thriving community centers.
