JAMES W. FIORE, AIA

ARCHITECT

James is a Registered Architect in Massachusetts and Connecticut with over 13 years of experience, including a strong focus on public education facilities over the past six years. Since joining Caolo & Bieniek Architects, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, from Pre-K and elementary schools to high schools and higher education buildings.

With a background in art and music, James was drawn to architecture as a creative, collaborative profession with real-world impact. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and enjoys the continuous problem-solving and teamwork involved in each project. He is known for being detail-oriented, creative, collaborative, and proactive.

Originally from western Massachusetts, James enjoys gardening, hiking, and biking with his family, as well as playing music with friends. He is an active member of the Unitarian Universalist Society of Greater Springfield. James values CBA’s commitment to improving communities through thoughtful design, and appreciates the firm’s collaborative culture—where ideas are regularly shared with clients, contractors, and peers to push each project forward.
