MIKAYLA MESSIER
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Mikayla is an Interior Designer with a passion for creating environments that support wellness, sustainability, and community. A graduate of Endicott College with a BFA in Interior Architecture, she also studied design and horticulture in Italy through the Florence University of the Arts. After completing an internship with Caolo & Bieniek Architects, Mikayla joined the team full time and plays an active role in growing the firm’s interior design department.
She enjoys working on educational, office, and hospitality projects—sectors that align with her interest in thoughtful, human-centered design. For her senior capstone, Mikayla designed a discovery center focused on environmental awareness and holistic well-being, integrating months of research and international study into an immersive learning environment.
Originally from Palmer, Massachusetts, Mikayla is known for being creative, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative. Outside of work, she enjoys making art, reading, visiting the beach, and trying new restaurants with friends. She values being part of a team that designs with care, intention, and a strong focus on user experience.
