Sue is the Office Manager at Caolo & Bieniek Architects and brings a strong background in business administration to the firm’s daily operations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College and plays a key role in overseeing project billing while also becoming more involved in the bidding process.

Inspired by the creative energy of the architectural field, Sue enjoys working alongside a team of designers and learning from their varied perspectives. She is known for being collaborative, analytical, adaptable, and highly organized.

Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, Sue enjoys budgeting, bargain shopping, home organizing, and bowling. She also volunteers at her church whenever possible and values the opportunity to support a team that is passionate about impactful design.
